Carol Bardales
Principal, 1st Grade Reading Teacher, PreK-3 & PreK-4 Teacher
Mrs. Bardales holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Bible College in Elementary Education and Bible, graduated in 1981 and began teaching right away. She has teaching experience both in the U.S. and in Honduras. She has taught pre-school for the majority of her career. She has also taught ESL to adults and successfully tutored struggling students. Her passion is to see children, especially preschoolers, enjoy learning about the wonderful world God has created and developing skills that will help them reach their full potential.

Lissette Acker
Art, Cooking & 1st Grade Social Studies Teacher
Mrs. Acker holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Pensacola Christian College. She has 10 years of experience at LBA in various roles, including kindergarten and first grade teacher. “More than anything, I want to be a small light for my students, the beginning of a long line of teachers that will influence their futures and a reminder that ‘with God, all things ARE possible!' "

Natalie Molina
Receptionist, Music Teacher & 1st Grade Math & Bible Teacher
Mrs. Molina has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Dallas Baptist University and 10 years of experience as an elementary teacher. She brings creativity, joy, and excellence to her varied roles at LBA.

Gabriela Gibson
Teacher Assistant
Mrs. Gibson grew up in Venezuela, lived in the states for several decades, then moved to India as a missionary with her husband, adopting 2 children while in India. She has a master's degree in Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University. She also has experience and training with Child Evangelism Fellowship.

Christybill Fernández
PreK-2 Teacher
Mrs. Fernández is from Venezuela with a master's degree from Venezuela University. She has extensive experience working with children in church and other contexts.

Galilea Ramírez
1st Grade Assistant Teacher
Mrs. Ramírez has a bachelor's degree from Dallas College. She comes with experience from the corporate world and children's ministry.

Rachel Ulmer
Receptionist & 1st Grade Science Teacher
Mrs. Ulmer has a bachelor's and master's degree in Mathematics with a specialty in teaching from the University of Texas at Austin. With 12 years in teaching and administration from 8th grade through college, and 3 littles at home, she has a passion for kids enjoying education.
