Carol Bardales
Principal, PreK-3 & PreK 4 Teacher
Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Bible College in Elementary Education and Bible, having graduated in 1981 and began teaching right away. She has teaching experience both in the U.S. and in Honduras. She has taught pre-school for the majority of her career. She has also taught ESL to adults and successfully tutored struggling students. Her passion is to see children, especially preschoolers, enjoy learning about the wonderful world God has created and developing skills that will help them reach their full potential.
Lissette Acker
Kindergarten & First Grade Teacher
Lissette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Pensacola Christian College. She has 3 years of experience as a kindergarten and first grade teacher. “More than anything, I want to be a small light for my students, the beginning of a long line of teachers that will influence their futures and a reminder that ‘with God, all things ARE possible!
Natalie Molina
Receptionist, Music Teacher & Teacher Assistant
Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Dallas Baptist University and ten years of experience as an elementary teacher. She brings creativity, joy, and excellence to her varied roles at LBA.
